Melatonin 3 mg
Indicated in sleep disorders.
Ingredients:
One tablet of Melatonyr 3 mg contains bulking agents (corn starch and pregelatinized starch - and isomalt), 3 mg melatonin, anti-caking agents (colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Way of ussage:
Melatonyr 3 mg tablets contribute to reducing the time needed to fall asleep and to alleviating sleep disorders (especially those due to time zone changes).
Mode of administration:
1 tablet a day, before going to bed. The tablets are swallowed with a sufficient amount of water.
Precautions:
Not to be consumed by children and adolescents under the age of 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Not to be consumed by people with diabetes, liver and kidney diseases.
To be used with caution by drivers or by people who use machines, because it can temporarily reduce reflexes in the first 5 hours after consumption. The product consumed excessively can have a laxative effect.
