Description
Dietary supplement containing vitamin H (biotin), zinc, and iron, which contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Zinc also contributes to the maintenance of normal nails. The amino acids L-cystine and L-methionine are important for the formation of keratin, the main building block of nails and hair.

Ingredients
Stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; L-methionine, L-cystine, grape seeds (Vitis vinifera L., seeds) extract tit. 95% in proanthocyanidins, zinc gluconate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, riboflavin, talc, calcium carbonate, red iron oxide, sulphite ammonium caramel; calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), copper gluconate, D-biotin (vitamin H).

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day swallowed with water.

Warnings
Consult a doctor if using this product for longer than 6-8 weeks. Do not take during pregnancy or in children under 12 years of age without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
