Always use this medicine as directed in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Indications:

• Paduden forte contains ibuprofen which belongs to a group of drugs called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs do not change the body's response to pain, inflammation and fever.
• Paduden forte is used to relieve pain of mild to moderate intensity: headaches including migraine type, back pain, muscle pain, toothache, joint pain, menstrual pain.
• It can also be used in case of fever associated with cold or flu.

Composition:

• The active substance is ibuprofen. Each tablet contains 400 mg of ibuprofen.
• The other ingredients are: lactose monohydrate, povidone K30, corn starch, talc, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, sugar, titanium dioxide (E 171), carnauba wax, beeswax.

Administration method:

• Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines.
• Adults and adolescents (over 12 years of age): the initial recommended dose is 200-400 mg of ibuprofen and, if necessary, the dose can be repeated at intervals of 4-6 hours, without exceeding the maximum dose of 1200 mg of ibuprofen per day.
• Forte poduden dragees are swallowed whole, with a glass of water, preferably after a meal.
• Children under the age of 12
• Paduden forte is not indicated for children under 12 years of age, for whom age-appropriate pharmaceutical forms are available.
• Elderly patients
• It is not necessary to decrease the doses, except in the case of renal or hepatic insufficiency; in this case, the doses must be determined by the doctor for each individual patient.
• You must stop the treatment with paduden fortesi and see your doctor if the symptoms persist or worsen after 3 days.
• If you have the impression that the effect of paduden forte is too strong or too weak, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
• If you use more than you need from the forest forte
• If you (or someone else) have accidentally taken too much
• Drageuri depaduden forte contact your doctor immediately or go to the nearest hospital. Take this leaflet with you and the box so that the doctor knows what medicine and how many tablets you have taken.
• If you forget to use paduden forte
• Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
• If you have any additional questions about this product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Contraindications:
Do not use PADUDEN Forte

• if you are allergic to ibuprofen, to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or to any of the other components of this medicine. An allergic reaction may include skin rash, itching, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, hands/feet, or difficulty breathing.
• if you have ever had bronchospasm (difficult breathing), rhinitis, urticaria after treatment with acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
• if you have or have had gastro-duodenal ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcerative colitis;
• if you have severe heart failure;
• if you have severe kidney failure;
• if you have severe liver failure;
• if you have conditions that cause an increased tendency to bleed;
• if you are pregnant in the last 3 months of pregnancy.

Precautions:
Before using PADUDEN Forte, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:

• PADUDEN Forte should not be used in the last part of pregnancy (the last 3 months of pregnancy) and can be administered in the first 6 months of pregnancy only on the recommendation of your doctor.
• PADUDEN Forte belongs to a group of drugs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) that can affect fertility in women. This effect is reversible upon discontinuation of treatment.

Driving vehicles and using machines:
PADUDEN Forte can cause dizziness and drowsiness, reactions that can influence the ability to drive vehicles and use machines.
