Polyflower honey
Description: Polyflora honey results from the nectar of the flowers of several plants, none of them being predominant. For this reason, the taste and color may be different. It is considered a "complete" honey, being recommended for various conditions. Due to its composition (complete sugars, glucose and fructose), it is directly assimilable.
Honey contains: group B vitamins and vitamin C, enzymes: invertase, amylase, catalase, organic acids: lactic, gluconic, mineral salts: iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus. Do not administer to children under one year of age.
Therapeutic indications: Honey stimulates appetite, facilitates digestion, improves the activity of the heart and liver, increases the percentage of hemoglobin in the blood. Honey is indicated in cases of anorexia, especially in children. It is also a good remedy against physical or intellectual fatigue. Energy content: 3000 Kcal/kg.
