Description
Magnesium powder supplement from 4 different sources: pidolate, carbonate, citrate, and marine (extracted from seawater through evaporation). Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. The formula is complemented by fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a short-chain prebiotic fiber.
It is indicated to contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Acidifier: citric acid; magnesium carbonate; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; fructooligosaccharides (2%), citrus flavouring, magnesium citrate, marine magnesium (oxide, hydroxide, sulphate, carbonate and chloride), magnesium pidolate; sweetener: steviol glycosides; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; stabilizer: sucrose esters of fatty acids; cholecalciferol.

How to use
Pour the contents of one teaspoon into a glass of water, preferably lukewarm. Stir well and drink. We recommend one to two teaspoons throughout the day, between meals.
