Properties:
- Quercetin plays a role in regulating the immune system's response to external stressors through cell signaling pathways called kinases and phosphatases, two types of enzymes and membrane proteins required for proper cell function.
- May help lower blood pressure – a 2016 meta-analysis of studies by the University of Alabama in the US reported that taking 500 mg or more of quercetin per day significantly reduced blood pressure levels.
- How this happens is not yet fully understood, but one theory is that quercetin may act on cells that control the contraction and dilation of blood vessels, improving blood flow.
Active ingredients:
Quercetin 500 mg / capsule (from flower buds of Japanese Acacia - Sophora japonica, containing Quercetin dihydrate 95% – 500 mg.
Administration method:
1 capsule per day (adults).
