Way of ussage:
- Acacia honey crystallizes more difficult due to the higher amount of fructose and lower amount of glucose. However, the crystallization of acacia honey is a natural process that does not alter its properties.
- Do not attempt decrystallization by heating, as the nutritional qualities of honey decrease or may be destroyed.
- Honey is not recommended for children under 1 year of age.
- Store in a dry place, away from sunlight.
