Roscove flour provides an increased intake of fiber (40%), calcium, potassium and phosphorus, in a healthy diet. It is an exceptional antioxidant and a good substitute for cocoa. It does not contain caffeine and theobromine, being ideal for children and people with cocoa intolerance.
