How to use:

1. Remove the urological insert from the packaging.
2. Unfold the insert.
3. Remove the paper from the adhesive strip on the outside of the insert.
4. Place the insert inside your underwear with the adhesive strip facing down. The wide part of the insert should be at the front of the underwear.
5. Glue the insert to your underwear.
6. Do not use pads with loose underwear such as boxer shorts.

The set consists of 2 packages of 15 pieces each.
