Rest for 20-30 minutes before taking a measurement.
Sit in a comfortable position on a chair with your feet on the floor and relax.
Put the cuff on the left arm - the end of the cable cuff should be about 1-2 cm above the elbow.
Check that the air tube is inside the arm and wrap the cuff carefully to prevent it from slipping off the arm.
Connect the blood pressure cuff.
Make sure your profile of the user is selected.
Place your hand on the table (palm up) so that the cuff is at heart level. Make sure the air tube is not kinked/squeezed.
