Method of use: Sterimar Manganese is recommended for a period of 10-15 days. Once the treatment is finished, we recommend Sterimar Nasal Hygiene. Spray once to start the system. Insert the nozzle into the nostril. Briefly press the nozzle for a few seconds, let the excess solution flow out, then blow your nose. Repeat the operation with the other nostril.
