Unfortunately, I didn't look at the ingredients list before I bought it, thinking it didn't contain irritants. But it does contain perfume, alcohol, etc.
The consistency is ok, it leaves a dewy finish, but after a few minutes after application, it starts to "flake" on the face. A crap product, at a great price compared to infinitely better products at a similar price, or even lower. If I could, I'd give it minus stars.
