Recommended dosage

• Adults : 15 drops 2 times a day.

Precautions :

• The oxygen molecules in O4 can become unstable if O4 is added to a liquid other than water.
• It is recommended to store the product at room temperature, not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius, even after opening.
• It can be taken 30 minutes before or one hour after other dietary supplements or prescribed medications, as their ingredients can destabilize the oxygen molecules in O4.
