Magnesium together with vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, energy metabolism and reduces fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.

Magnesium in the organic form of magnesium citrate is extremely well absorbed by the human body. About 80% of the amount received is actually used. On the other hand, magnesium in the commonly used inorganic form (magnesium oxide) has a much lower absorption rate.

Recommended dose
