Description
Dietary supplement that provides 600 mg of dry ashwagandha extract per day. Ashwagandha promotes relaxation and mental well-being and has tonic properties against physical and mental fatigue.

Ashwagandha extract KSM-66 [Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) tit. 5% withanolides (contains milk)], capsule (gelatin, dyes: titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides, indigo carmine), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
Take up to 2 capsules per day, with water.
