Description

Applying and securing dressings requires excellent adaptability and flexibility in the operating room, hospital wards, and outpatient clinics. The product is quickly and easily secured, especially for large bandages. The bandage can be cut to size, saving material and reducing costs.
The device is coated with a hypoallergenic polyacrylic adhesive. The backing material is made of transversely stretchable non-woven polyester. Fixomull stretch adapts to even the most contoured parts of the body. Any form of compression, congestion, or circulatory disturbances are prevented.
It can be used to cover wounds, even on the most moving parts of the body, and for secure fixations on tubes, catheters, measuring devices, and various instruments.
- Permeable to air and water vapor.
- Radiolucent.
- Reduces the risk of contamination.
