Black currants - minimum 70%, grape juice with pulp 35% - concentrated by gentle evaporation in a vacuum at a temperature of 60°, pectin from citrus peels. Prepared with 70 g of fruit for 100 g of finished product.

Currant fruits contain tannins, rutoside, vitamin C, traces of volatile green oil (up to 0.2%) formed from terpene carbides.
