Way of ussage:
Wash the lentils, then boil them in water in a ratio of 1:2 (one portion of lentils and 2 portions of water) for approximately 25 minutes.
After it is ready, season to taste
As a way of introducing it into the diet, it can be added to salads; pilafs; classic soups or cream soups.
