- L-methionine - a sulfur amino acid responsible for the production of glutathione in the body. L-methionine is also a precursor of SAM-e (S-adenosylmethionine).
- R-alpha-lipoic acid - increases the concentration of glutathione in the body and is quickly absorbed. R-ALA acid is the most effective form of alpha lipoic acid (ALA). It is stable and 21 times more bioavailable.
- Organic Sulfur Vegetables - Organic sulfur compounds from vegetables. These include, for example, isothiocyanates, which are found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and kale. Allicin, another organic sulfur compound, is found in garlic.
