Recommended intake:
1 tablet 1-2 times a day after meals, with water.

Ingredients :
calcium carbonate (calcium); bulking agents: cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; cholecalciferol (vit. D); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; menaquinone (vit. K).
