Description
Dietary supplement based on melatonin and plants.
Lemon balm, California poppy and linden promote relaxation. California poppy and linden contribute to quality sleep. Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag. The beneficial effects of melatonin are obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Bulking agent: maltitol; acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate; lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.); gelling agent: pectins; natural flavors, carrot concentrate (Daucus carota L.) and blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.), California poppy extract (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.), linden flower powder (Tilia cordata Mill.), vitamin B6, melatonin; glazing agent: carnauba wax.

How to use
Ages 15 and up. 1 jelly 30 minutes before bedtime.
