It combines 3 microbial strains with 10 vitamins (including vitamins B12, C and D) and 4 minerals (including iron, magnesium and zinc). This multivitamin supplement also contains Ginseng.
The unique 3-in-1 tablet contains a sustained-release layer that releases water-soluble vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and C over 6 hours and a layer that releases microbiota strains that reach the intestine alive4.

Contains 100% or more of your NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) for vitamin D, vitamin B9 (folic acid), vitamin C, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B8 and B12.
