Griffonia simplicifolia, commonly known as griffonia, is naturally rich in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), which in our product is standardized to 20%. This means that each capsule contains 100 mg of 5-HTP. In addition, this supplement not only provides 5-HTP, but also all the other bioactive substances that make griffonia so special. Instructions for use

Unless otherwise directed, it is recommended to take one capsule 1 to 2 times daily, during or immediately after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule can be opened. Increase the dose gradually. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
