Canespor cream treats skin fungus. Canespor cream is an effective broad-spectrum antifungal agent with the active ingredient bifonazole. Bifonazole destroys the causative agents of skin mycosis and also has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Canespor cream is a gentle, non-greasy, odorless white cream that is easily absorbed into the affected skin. It is applied once a day, depending on the location, for 2-4 weeks, preferably after evening hygiene just before bedtime.

Usage:

Canespor cream is applied to the affected areas in a thin layer once a day, preferably in the evening before going to bed. Before applying the cream, it is advisable to wash the affected areas and dry them thoroughly. A strip of cream about 1 cm long is usually sufficient to treat an area about the size of the palm of your hand.

To prevent recurrence of the infection, it is extremely important to continue treatment for 1-2 weeks after the symptoms have disappeared or the discomfort has disappeared, but the duration of treatment should in principle be guided by the nature of the disease.

Canespor cream is odorless and washes off well.

Warning

Canespor cream should only be administered to infants and children under 3 years of age under regular medical supervision.

Always follow the instructions and recommended duration of use of the medicine, which are stated in the package leaflet.

Product specifics

Patients with a history of hypersensitivity reactions to other imidazole-derived antifungal agents (e.g. econazole, clotrimazole, miconazole) should use bifonazole-containing products with caution.

Patients should avoid contact of the medicine with the eyes.
