Ingredients: Bulking agent: cellulose, dry extract of bamboo shoots (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad.) containing 70% silica, dry extract of horsetail herb (Equisetum arvense L.) DER 4:1, zinc gluconate (zinc), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), potato starch, dry extract of nettle leaves (Urtica dioica L.) DER 10:1, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), D-biotin (biotin).

Quantities of ingredients:

Each tablet contains 100 mg of bamboo shoot extract, including 70 mg of silica, 35 mg of horsetail herb extract DER 4:1, and 15 mg of nettle leaf extract DER 10:1. Additionally, the preparation provides 30 mg of vitamin C, which is 37.5% of the Reference Intake (RIV), 5 mg of zinc (50% RVV), 0.55 mg of thiamine, i.e. vitamin B1 (50% RVV), and 25 μg of biotin, which is 50% RVV.

Suggested dosage:

1 tablet a day

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Storage conditions:

Store out of reach of small children, at a temperature of 15-25°C.
