How it works:
Cardamom has antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. It is frequently used in South Asia for the treatment of gum infections.

How to consume:
Cardamom has a special fragrance, fine and strong, sweet and spicy, which leaves a taste of lemon, camphor and orange on the tongue. It can be used whole or ground, in powder form, in coffee or tea, for cakes, but also for various culinary preparations.

Cardamom is a plant native to India and Sri Lanka, from the same family as ginger.
