Description
Food supplement containing vitamins, magnesium and taurine, in single-dose sachets. This complete magnesium-based formula is recommended for use in situations of stress (folic acid), fatigue (folic acid, magnesium, vitamins B6, B12) and muscle fatigue (magnesium, vitamin D). The magnesium salt used, magnesium glycerophosphate, has been shown to have excellent gastrointestinal tolerance. Vitamins B6, B12 and B9 are present in their natural and most effective forms. They are immediately absorbed and active without transformation.
Suitable for vegetarians.

How to use
1 sachet per day, which is dissolved in a glass of water (150) and mixed well.
