Food supplement based on magnesium and potassium citrates and Phyllanthus, useful in case of increased need or reduced dietary intake of these nutrients.
Phyllanthus may be helpful for urinary tract function.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water.

ingredients
Each sachet contains:
• 434.5 mg of magnesium citrate (equivalent to 63 mg of magnesium);
• 1396.1 mg of potassium citrate (equivalent to 497 mg of potassium);
• 200 mg of Phyllanthus extract ( Phyllanthus niruri L. , plant) titrated to 15% tannins.
No GMOs.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor.
