Ibutabs is used to treat mild to moderate pain such as:

• menstrual pain
• toothache
• postoperative pain
• pain after perineal incision and after childbirth

Ibutabs is also used for the symptomatic relief of headaches including migraines, colds and conditions accompanied by fever and for the relief of pain in soft tissue injuries such as sprains or bruises of the musculoskeletal system. If you do not feel better within 5 days or if you feel worse, you should consult a doctor. If you are over 12 years of age, your doctor may prescribe Ibutabs to treat rheumatoid arthritis (joint disease), osteoarthritis (destruction of cartilage in the joints), or other inflammatory or painful conditions of the joints, as well as for inflammatory and painful conditions of soft tissues such as muscles.

Dosage:

• Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age (weighing over 40 kg):
  • 1 tablet (Ibutabs 400 mg) 3-4 times a day. The time interval between individual doses should be 4-6 hours. In the case of migraine headache, 1 tablet (Ibutabs 400 mg) is administered with a time interval of 4-6 hours.
• Menstrual pain Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age (weighing over 40 kg):
  • The recommended dose is 1 tablet (Ibutabs 400 mg) 1-3 times a day, with an interval of 4-6 hours.

The maximum daily dose should not exceed 1,200 mg.
