Vitamin D has a positive effect on the proper functioning of the immune system and the mini-function Vitamin D3 2000 is recommended for adults:

- in cases of insufficient intake of vitamin D in the diet,

- in states of reduced ability of the body to produce vitamin D with age, especially in people over 65 years old,

- in the September-April period, when exposure to the sun is insufficient, as well as in the summer months for people over 65 years of age;

- during periods of increased demand for vitamin D3 (pregnancy, breastfeeding), if adequate food intake and/or skin synthesis is not ensured.
