Weleda Arnica Essence relieves swelling and pain from blunt injuries such as bruises or contusions by restoring balance to the injured area. As a general rule, the earlier the application, the more effective Weleda Arnica Essence is. Tincture for external use.
Instructions for use:
Unless otherwise prescribed, for compresses on unbroken skin, add 1 tablespoon of Weleda Arnica Essence to 1/4 liter of water. Soak a compress or suitable cloth with the diluted essence and apply it to the injured area.

Contains 36% alcohol by volume.
