It is excellent!! It worked for me! I had voltage 160 with 92..... I started a month ago with 2-2-2-2.... After 2 weeks,I took 2-0-2-2. I now take 1capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening. From next month I will take only 1 capsule in the evening. My blood pressure has stabilized super, now it's at 128 with 76. TR to say that before I also drank about 3-4 strong black coffees a day....it's clear that this also increased the blood pressure.I also had a big period of stress and fatigue. I don't drink black coffee anymore, just f weak coffee with milk 1 a day. I do light sport 2 times a week,I often go for walks in nature. I have reduced stress.and I am satisfied now and with 80%, I don't have to give 200% more.
