I prefer to take it in the morning before breakfast. It has a mild vanilla flavor. If you don’t like vanilla, you can simply mix the powder with a little more water—it still works very well for me. I take it twice a year, six months apart. I used to have to order this supplement from Ukraine because it wasn’t available here in Europe. So I’m all the more pleased that I can now order it right here! I’d be very happy if this supplement remained in the product lineup permanently and was always available.
