D-Vitum Forte Max 4000 IU K2 MK-7 is a dietary supplement in gelatin capsules with a high content of vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol dissolved in flaxseed oil and vitamin K in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7).

Each capsule provides 100 µg of vitamin D (4000 IU), which corresponds to 2000% of the recommended daily intake for adults, and 100 µg of vitamin K2 MK-7, which corresponds to 133% of the recommended daily intake for adults.
