Centella Asiatica is an adaptogenic herb and supports memory and concentration. It has a calming effect, relieves stress and improves the quality of sleep. This plant has antioxidant properties.
Method of preparation: pour 1-2 teaspoons with a glass of boiling water, cover and boil for 20 minutes. Drink a glass of infusion 1-2 times a day, preferably in the morning and at lunch.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
