Way of ussage:
An infusion is made from the pure plant or mixed with other aromatic plants by adding a teaspoon to a cup of hot water (200 ml). Leave it in the covered bowl for 20 minutes, after which it is strained and consumed as is or sweetened to taste. It is recommended to drink 1-3 servings of tea during the first part of the day.
