How to use: 

Take one capsule daily for the first three days, then gradually increase the dose to 3-4 capsules daily.

Precautions:

The product has a strong laxative effect. It should be administered with caution to pregnant women and to those with cardiac arrhythmia, chronic constipation, and hypokalemia.

Contraindications:

Prohibited in cases of intestinal obstruction, acute intestinal inflammation (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), ileus, acute surgical abdomen, appendicitis, and abdominal pain of unknown etiology.
