Description
An excessively sedentary lifestyle and an unbalanced diet can often be the cause of impaired bowel regularity. Active senna is useful for promoting bowel transit.

Senna dry extract ( Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl. leaves); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coloring: titanium dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 tablets daily with an adequate amount of water (a large glass). It is preferably taken in the evening. It is recommended to start with the lowest dose and, if necessary, increase it to the maximum recommended dose. A diet rich in liquids favors the effect of the supplement.
