How to use:

Take a single serving of the product – 1 capsule – with approximately 150-200 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.

Trec Vitality Melatonin - ingredients:

Maltodextrin; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); 0.2% melatonin.

Warning:

Do not use while driving or operating machinery, and do not combine with alcohol or other medications, including herbal remedies. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. This product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts, and nuts.
