Description
Dietary supplement containing S-adenosyl methionine (SAME), Magshape microcapsules, Ginselect, betaine, folic acid, and vitamins B12, B6, B2, and B1. Ginseng is an antioxidant, tonic, and adaptogen, and, together with B vitamins, contributes to the reduction of physical and mental fatigue. Folic acid, along with magnesium, contributes to normal psychological function.

Ingredients
S-adenosyl methionine (SAME), Magshape microcapsules (corn starch, magnesium oxide, sunflower lecithin), betaine HCl, Ginselect (Panax ginseng CA Meyer, roots extract tit. 7% ginsenosides), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; glazing agents: shellac, HPMC (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, talc, PEG (polyethylene glycol), PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone); colorants: titanium dioxide, red iron oxide.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, accompanied by a glass of water.
