The Permanent Wave Kit No. 2 – Colored Hair is designed for professionals seeking a safe, balanced, and effective perm treatment specifically for colored, bleached, or chemically treated hair. It combines a controlled-strength waving lotion, a technical neutralizer, and a silk-effect conditioner that work synergistically to provide well-defined permanent curls, preserving color integrity and strengthening the hair structure. This kit allows for consistent and long-lasting perm services, providing softness, elasticity, and shine, even on sensitized hair. The silk-effect conditioner completes the service with a soft, supple, and easy-to-comb finish.
Apply the styling liquid to the curlers with a sponge, ensuring even coverage.
Leave on for the technical time required according to the hair type.
Rinse thoroughly with water.
Apply the neutralizer to each curler after showering, leaving a minimum exposure of 5 minutes before unrolling.
Rinse thoroughly with water after unrolling the curlers.
Apply the silk effect hair conditioner to freshly washed hair, massage gently from root to tip and do not rinse
