Description
Seaweed Bio Dulse, 50 g, La Finestra Sul Cielo
Ale Marine Dulse, also known as Dillisk, are purple-red seaweeds. They grow on the northern coasts of the Atlantic oceans, and are well known in Irish tradition as a "salty" snack. Dulse seaweed contains a high level of vitamin B12 and iron. Like other red seaweeds, they contain Beta Carotenes known for their antioxidant potential. The consumption of 5g/day for one person is indicated. Washed well and hydrated for 5 minutes, Dulse seaweed can be eaten raw in salads, soups or to season vegetables.
