APTEO ProHydro orange flavor - electrolyte supplement

Powder for preparing oral rehydration fluid. Formulated for dietary management:
- in states of disturbance of the body's water and electrolyte balance;
- during diarrhea and diarrhea combined with vomiting;
- to reduce the risk of dehydration and supplement minerals.

ProHydro is a powder that, when dissolved in water, creates an oral rehydration fluid with reduced osmolarity and reduced sodium content, and a composition consistent with WHO/UNICEF recommendations.
It is intended for use in children over 3 years of age and adults.

Ingredients:
glucose; sodium citrate; sodium chloride; potassium chloride; natural flavor; sweetener: sucralose.
Contains sugar and sweetener.
Gluten-free product.

Osmolarity of the solution is: 245 mOsm/l

Recommended intake:
The dosage depends on the degree of dehydration and the doctor's recommendations.
Detailed dosage instructions can be found in the leaflet provided with the preparation.

Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet of ProHydro in 200 ml of cool, boiled water. Serve immediately after preparation. Do not add any sugar to the liquid. If vomiting occurs, administer the liquid in small portions at frequent intervals.

Important information : This product should be taken under medical supervision. This product is a complete food supplement intended for adults. It should not be used as a sole source of nutrition. It is not intended for parenteral use. It should not be used by individuals who are not at risk of dehydration.

Warning : Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use in people with intestinal obstruction or hemodynamic shock.
