If you have any questions, consult your dentist.For use by persons 16 years of age or older only.The normal usage regimen is:- Apply a portion approximately 2 cm wide onto your toothbrush.- Brush 3 times a day after meals.- Brush vertically from the gum to the end of the tooth.- Do not swallow.PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGSDo not use the product on children under 16 years of age or if you are allergic to sodium fluoride.As the product has a high fluoride content, you should visit your dentist before using this toothpaste.To prevent the accumulation of fluoride in the body, fluoride intake should be checked before use. The use of fluoride tablets, drops, chewing gum, gels, or varnishes, and fluoridated water or salt water should be avoided while using this toothpaste. Consult a dentist before use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product contains sodium benzoate. Sodium benzoate may be mildly irritating to skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
