How to use
The contents of the sachet can be administered directly into the mouth or mixed with food. It is used during periods of intense sports activity, for cycles of at least 60 days. For best results, it is recommended to administer at the end of a session of intense physical activity, preferably within 30 minutes or between two sessions.
