Recommended daily intake

Adults: 0.3 g daily. Pour a cup of boiling water over 1/2 teaspoon of the product (approx. 0.3 g of passionflower herb). Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. Drink 1 cup of the infusion in the evening or before bed.

Safety Warnings

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. Do not use for longer than 12 weeks. Products containing Passiflora incarnata may cause drowsiness and impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Do not use in combination with other substances that affect the central nervous system.
