Description
Food supplement with maidenhair fern, horsetail, amino acids, vitamin B and D complex and zinc. Specially formulated for:
- strengthens the hair fiber and increases its resistance;
- limits hair loss thanks to maidenhair fern;
- promotes their growth thanks to horsetail;
- maintains healthy hair thanks to vitamin B8 (biotin).

L-cystine, maidenhair fern extract (Adiantum capillus-veneris L.), L-methionine; bulking agent: cellulose; horsetail fern powder (Equisetum arvense L.); thickening agent: cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and stearic acid; zinc oxide, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, L-arginine, vitamin D3, copper carbonate, vitamin B8, vitamin B9.
Glaze - Glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropylcellulose; bulking agent: calcium carbonate; color: caramel; apple (Malus domestica Borkh.), blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) and radish (Raphanus sativus L.) concentrates.

How to use
From the age of 15, take 1 tablet daily, during breakfast, with a large glass of water.

warnings
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor if you are taking diabetes medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
