Description
Food supplement based on a source of hydrolyzed and instantized whey protein isolate: OPTIPEP 90 DH4.
It contains 60-65% amino acids as rapidly assimilated "di-tri-peptides", provides 22% BCAAs and superior quality proteins (biological value BV = 104); it also provides a significant dose of calcium and phosphorus.
It is ideal post-workout, to accelerate muscle recovery and repair processes, to promote protein synthesis and growth.

OPTIPEP 90 DH4 hydrolyzed whey protein isolate (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin), cocoa powder, taurine, flavorings, nucleotides; sweetener: sucralose; thickener: xanthan gum; Enzymix (enzymes from maltodextrins fermented by Aspergillus oryzae), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
Take 20 g per day (equal to 2 scoops) dissolved in 300 ml of water or other liquid.
To aid recovery in athletes, take 30 g of product 20 minutes after exercise, possibly combined with simple, easily assimilated carbohydrates such as Malto+ and Glicogen.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
