Rockrose herb (Cistus incanus) – 100%.Suggested use:
Pour a glass (250 ml) of hot water over 1 teaspoon (1.4 g), cover, and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain. Drink twice daily. Maximum daily dose: 2 teaspoons (2.8 g).
