INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Take 1 stick (or sachet) daily, directly. It's not necessary to dilute it in water or mix it with other foods, although, if you prefer, it can also be diluted or combined with other foods such as yogurt, smoothies, etc. Take it before or during a meal.
